Cortijo to Reform - Arroyo Pinares, Granada

This fully legalized project is located in the protected "Arroyo Pinares" (Pine Stream Valley) between Montefrio, Villanueva Mesia, and Tocon villages.

The detached cortijo/farmhouse and outbuildings are currently in ruin requiring a complete rebuild.

All plans have been passed by the college of Architects, a licence to rehabilitate granted by the Local Authority, and are included in the price so work can start immediately.

Throughout this protected nature reserve There are olive trees in production, walnuts, almonds, figs, and pomegranates, with cork oaks, and open planted fields of asparagus. The valley riverbed flows in winter and spring time, but is mostly dry in summer. There is wildlife including hares, doves, goldfinches, and blackbirds - singing birds are everywhere... and happy.

The internal distribution and layout can be changed to suit.

The views across the countryside and mountains are magnificent and the sunsets spectacular.
