This fully legalized project is in the officially protected “Arroyo Pinares” (Pine Stream Valley) located between nearby Montefrio, Villanueva Mesia, and Tocon villages.

The detached cortijo/farmhouse and outbuildings are currently in ruin requiring a complete rebuild/rehabilitation.

All plans have been paid for in advance and passed by the college of Architects. A licence to rehabilitate has been paid for and granted by the Local Authority. Both are included within this package so work can start immediately.

Throughout this protected nature reserve There are olive trees in production, walnuts, almonds, figs, and pomegranates, with cork oaks, and open planted fields of asparagus. The valley riverbed flows strongly in winter and spring time, and less in the summer. There is abundant wildlife including partridges, hares, doves, goldfinches, and blackbirds - singing birds are everywhere… and happy.
